6 weeks BEGINNER Tango courses:

Suitable for complete beginners or people with minimal Tango dancing experience. This Tango course covers some basic combinations essential to dance Tango socially and gives a basic grounding on musicality, floor craft, posture and connection in the close embrace Tango dance style. On completion of the course you'll be able to lead / follow the basic step, cross, forward and backward ocho, parada and cuna in connection with your Tango dance partner.

6 weeks Pre-INTERMEDIATE Tango lessons:

Expanding on Tango dance skills acquired in the Beginners level and introducing giros. On completion of this Tango course you'll be able to lead / follow the basic step, cross, forward and backward ocho, parada, cuna and giro, and dance in single and double time to Tango music, Vals and Milonga rhythms that have a regular and distinct beat.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED Tango lessons:

Suitable for anyone who has achieved the Tango dance skills listed in the Pre-Intermediate Tango dancing course section. Aim: To develop you into a great Tango dancer! Your walk, posture and footwork will be smooth and controlled. You're beautiful to watch (and feel even better to dance Tango with!) You improvise well and have good floor-craft. You're in tune with the complex and diverse rhythms of Tango music, Milonga and Vals, and you can modify your style and approach to suit the Tango music. Run every six weeks, each Tango course has a new focus and theme. You'll always learn something new and the supervised Tango dance practice offered by each course will continually improve your Tango dancing skills.
