Saturday, 4 September You’ll love this elegant and romantic venue with it’s warm ambience. It’s the perfect setting for a concert of Latin Folk Music and dance rhythms by six of Sydney's finest Latin musicians. Seating is numbered and by table arrangement. We’ve nearly sold all the tickets and can’t guarantee there will be seats left on the night; so book in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets $25 per person. Group discounts available. Another popular venue - great dance floor, relaxed and friendly setting, bar and bistro and easy parking. We were thrilled to have the return of our Tango friends Nadia Fried (pianist) and Eddie Bronson from Monsieur Camembert (accordionist) back for another Tuesday performance. Once again, they had the floor packed with dancers. We look forward to their next appearance!
We're getting some great feedback about the music and ambience of Rose Bay Milongas. Here's one of the more amusing (and irreverent) comments... MILONGA 'PARA LOS NINOS' A gala fundraising event with all proceeds going to the Sociedad Para Los Niños (Society for the Children Inc). This incorporated charity, founded in 2002, raises funds to support severely poor and underprivileged children in South and Central America. The society, under the auspices of the Embassy of Argentina, is committed to cultural diversity through Latin Dance. We welcome donations of services or items for raffle / auction. To arrange a donation please contact Sophia by 10 October. Cover charge $20 - includes Raffles with great prizes, Live Entertainment - Tango Floor Show and a FREE Tango Lesson from 7.30pm - 8.30pm. September NEW COURSE STRUCTURE Great news for students! From September onwards, our Beginner and Intermediate classes at GLEBE Café Church will increase by an extra 30 mins to give more time for practice (with no cost increase). As a result we will not be running an Advanced class in Glebe in the September term. The last Advanced class in Glebe will be on Wednesday, 1 September. We’re in the process of designing a course for Advanced students. Details will be out shortly.

Marconi Club, Bossley Park - 10 July What a treat to listen and dance to this internationally renowned D’Arienzo style band. They’re maestro musicians who truly have Tango in their souls and fingers.
